Purpose: Tracks and reports device repair submissions, status and disposition Customer Benefit: Improves efficiency by identifying device status. Also allows customer to identify device performance trends over time.
Data In: 
• Serial # • Model # • Devices in repair • Devices repaired historically • Problem code • Ship date to customer of repaired device(s)
Data Out: 
A chart which displays all customer repairs both historical and current as well as a statement of the problem and action (replace/install/fix) to remedy the device.
